1. Cancellation Policy - To receive a refund of any prepayment, you must advise us by email at least 7 days before check-in. If you cancel between booking and 7 days before check-in, you’ll receive the full amount paid. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, no refund will be payable.

2. Payment - We require payment of 50% of the full amount at the time of booking and the remaining balance 7 days before arrival, using one of the methods provided in the booking platform. All major credit cards accepted.

3. Cancellaton for other reasons: If for any unforeseen reason we have to cancel your booking, a full refund of the fee paid will be refunded, with no further claim against the owners. If for some unforeseen uncontrollable “Force Majeure” circumstances (ie; war, natural disaster, etc) either party cannot fulfil the rental contract, then neither party is responsible for the loss of rental and all monies will be returned wherever possible.

4. Occupancy - The accommodation is for a maximum of 2 adults. Unfortunately the accommodation isn’t suitable for children, however if you have a baby under one year a travel cot can be provided by prior arrangement.

5. Good Housekeeping - Our expectation is that the property will be returned to us in its original condition. Should cleaning or repairs be required beyond normal housekeeping, we will make an additional charge. Please advise of any breakages or damage when these occur, as we endeavour to replace any items at the earliest opportunity and before future guests arrive.

6. Check-in - Arrival is after 4pm, but if we can let you into the property any earlier, we will advise by text or phone on the day. Please collect the keys from us at Tigh Rois, Sanna and we can show you to The Sanna Hut.

7. Check-out - Departure is by 10am. Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition.

8. Pets - Sadly no pets are permitted. If this policy is ignored a further housekeeping charge of £250 will be levied and taken from the card useds to make the booking.

9. No smoking policy - Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the Sanna Hut. If there is evidence of there having been smoking vaping inside, or there is litter from smoking outside, a further housekeeping charge of £250 will be levied and taken from the card used for the booking.

10. Services - Electricity / heating, Wi-fi, linens / bedding, towels, toiletries, and duvet are all included.

11. Firewood - Firewood is provided for use in the stove. This is in the form of eco-logs that are specifically chosen to work in this high efficiency stove and under no circumstances should other types of wood be used. Use of non-approved wood can permanently damage the appliance and the cost of repair will be charged. Separate firewood is provided for burning in the firepit, this should never be used in the stove. Firewood is provided on a ‘reasonable use basis’, so do let us know if you're running low.

12. Hot Tub - The wood-fired hot tub must only be used according to the the directions provided in the welcome pack.

We do not advise the use of the hot tub if pregnant, suffering with a heart condition, epilepsy, skin conditions or whilst consuming alcohol. This list is not exhaustive, and it is your personal responsibility to check if you have any other health conditions prior to use.

Strictly no shampoo, conditioner, soap, bubble bath or bath oil to be used in the hot tub and no glasses or bottles should taken into the tub. Failure to observe this will incur an additional cleaning charge of £75.

13. Liability - The owners accept no liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage of guest’s personal property while staying at The Sanna Hut. The use of the property and contents is entirely at guest's risk. The owners recommend you are covered by travel insurance for your holiday.

14. Right of Entry - We reserve the right of entry to the Hut at any reasonable time for maintenance, repairs or inspection.
