Working with an award-winning designer we have created the Sanna Hut, a very low impact building sited on our croft at the western edge of the Sanna township.
Built almost entirely from natural materials and seeming to barely touch the ground it rests on, this offers luxurious accommodation for two people, with panoramic views and a riverside position, all within 200 metres of Sanna beach.
Both inside and out, we’ve tried to ensure the Sanna Hut has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Bedroom
The Sanna Hut provides luxury accommodation for two. There is a king-sized bed, with goose down duvet, French linen sheets and plenty of towels for both the beach and the rainfall shower. Unlimited highspeed wifi and a high-quality sound system keep you in touch with the outside world, though logging-in is optional!
Kitchen
A selection of home baking will be there on your arrival, and we provide some basic things to get you started for your stay. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you’ll need and a range of appliances, including induction hob, generously sized fridge, combination oven/microwave and lots of storage. Outside, there’s a Kamado Oven for barbecues and a range of outdoor furniture.
Cosiness
The Hut has underfloor heating throughout, a super-efficient stove with plenty of firewood, and is insulated with sheep’s wool. In fact, you’ll almost be hoping for a winter storm to roll in, so you can coorie-in with a good book and a glass of something. Oh, and did we mention the wood fired hot tub!
Booking and Prices

Shorter stays are possible in low season. The Sanna Hut is licensed under the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 as a Short Term Let, License Number HI-40016-F
