Shops & Restaurants

Kilchoan has a great local shop and post office, the Ferry Stores, and at the other end of the village the Community Centre houses West Coast Crafts and the Puffin Café, which has wonderful coffee and home baking.

A day trip across to Tobermory on the Calmac ferry combines a shopping excursion with sealife spotting. Once there, Café Fish and The Galleon Bistro are our favourite places for lunch and specialise in local seafood, but as the island’s capital, you’ll find a wide range of shops and cafés – don’t miss the ice-cream shop!
